The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

Alright, now that i’m back in Venezuela i guess i should show you guys some pictures of Harry Potter World and tell you a bit about how it was.

All in all, the word amazing doesn’t sum up how great and magical it is. Everything looks just like in the movies, and they have shows, and dancers and music HP music playing the entire time. The people who work there are all in costumes and the atmosphere is simply incredible.

Inside that Hogwarts looking building is the main HP attraction, in which you take a tour around what’s supposed to be Hogwarts, which is amazing, and then you get to the actual thing, where they sit you in this roller coaster seat and with the help of technology it feels like you’re flying a broom. It is so well done it feels real.

There’s also the Dragon Challenge, which are the 2 roller coasters. They are definitely fun, and the walk to get to them is also pretty cool. There’s also a small roller coaster for kids, i rode that one last year and if you have small children it’s great for them. You can also buy butterbeer, wands, uniforms, just about all things HP.

One thing i would recommend, is to not go on high season. The amount of people… WOW! Last year i went at the beginning of october and there weren’t too many people, so i actually enjoyed everything a bit more, and wasn’t bumping into person after person. This year the line to the tour of Hogwarts was insane, i’ve never in my life seen a line so long. So yeah, if you have a choice, go when it’s not high season, which are july, august and december. December would be alright cause it’s not hot, and they do christmas related things so it makes up for the ton of people and the waiting. Another tip would be, that you either go to HP world first, right when you get there and then do all the rest of the rides in Island of Adventure, or go at like 5 pm, when all the kids are tired and ready to go home. Cause from 11 to 4pm is when lines are the longest.

I had the time of my life there, despite the insane heat that was about to kill me and everyone else there, so if you are a HP fan, i highly recommend you go, get your wand and ride everything as many times as you can.

Oh, for those who don’t know, i went to Florida last week and spent a few days in Orlando and promised i’d tell you guys about HP World, so i am. And hello to the new followers :] I’m Rebecca. Noticed i was on radar today, so exciting!

ps, right-click the pictures and open them in a new tab if you want to see them bigger, cause if you just click on them, they look terrible for some reason.
